In April I requested Edu-loan to change my pay date to the 25th of every month because I changed jobs. This did not happen so in May I requested it again. They asked me to send them a letter requesting this and so the 25th came and went without the deduction being on time.
In June I requested why they did not deduct on the 25th and without an answer they deducted on the 28th. In July the 25th also came and went without the deduction.
I have requested this change numerous times over the web, via email and via telephone. The incompetence is SHOCKING!!!
Edu-Loan - can you please cancel my debit order... I will pay you via EFT every month
