Debit order date notchanged like requested

Changed debit order date of personal loan on 12/09/2013 to last day of month andnot 25th any more because of new job, did the telefinicly and by email as requested by Berg, datecwasn't changed, debit order couldn't go of on the 25th, now shows bad record against my name, because fnb didnt do there job properly. Imnthinking of taking further actions because of the bad record i was given now by fnb!
