DSTV's service is disgusting. I have logged several telephonic and email complaints regarding their unauthorised change to my banking details and they do not even show me the courtesy of responding to my complaint. I dont think they relaise how serious it is to change someone's bank details without being unauthorised. Clearly no controls in this organisation. Whats even more frustrating is the ongoing annoying emails they send about fees etc when they cant do a simple thing like respond to me!!! For a large corporate you are an absolute disgrace and should get your house in order as you clearly have no management over account information
