Hi,

Let me start off with saying that I am very pleased with the cover that you guys provide me with.

I would like to bring up the fact that I can't remember the last time I was able to log in to my online account, I cannot get through to a person on the call centre line, and no one is responding to my emails. All my queries are small-ish, but important none the less and now because they have gone un-answered, have caused real problems in my life. I do not want to go into details about them now, but would really appreciate it if someone could have the decency to actually call me back or at the very least respond to my email.
