Damelin: Refunds not happening

I went in April 2013 to register my daughter for a course and paid Damelin an amount of R3 725.60 my daughter then took the documents that we were supplied with to her work unfortunately as the course did not have any credits her work told her that she was wasting her money. The Saturday thereafter we went to cancel the course as we all work we could not go during the week. We were told that the cancellation documents we supplied damelin with had reached the refund office the 19th of April. I received a call from Damelin informing me that I would lose my registration fee which I agreed. At the same time I was told that my refund would be given within 6 to 8 weeks. 8 Weeks later I phoned to enquire as to where my refund was and was rudely in formed by Ms Maharaj that I was to go and read my contract as it stipulated 10 to 12 weeks for refunds I have read my contract and still have not seen that in it. 12 Weeks later I again phoned and was told to speak to customer care as Shantel was not there I spoke to Cookie who apologised for Shantel's rudeness and informed me that my refund had not been approved yet I asked what they had been doing for 12 weeks until today still no answe
