Damelin has a refund policy of 8 -12 weeks. I have been waiting for 24 weeks. I have been given a number of reasons along the way as to why I have not been refunded but the newest reason is that the Damelin Boksburg Branch (where i studied) did not submit all the necessary documentation. I know all the paperwork I gave them is complete because I have an email confirmation from them stating my documents are correct which means that Damelin Boksburg did not submit all the necessary documentation to their refunds department from their side.
To say that I am disgusted with Damelin is an understatement. I have been treated with such indignity, arrogance, offhanded laziness, and disdain by Damelin. Those few people I have dealt with who are desperately trying to assist are fighting what appears to be a loosing battle because it would appear that the culture of Damelin is an unethical one.
