I enrolled my daughter at damelin in Randburg on 19/01/2013. But 4 days later she decided to do something different with another institution. I requested a refund from Damelin on the 26/01/2013. I was told it will take 4-6 weeks. I personally visited the office so that all the documents could be filled out but I was told that I needed to get a copy of my bank details sent with the documents so I had to e-mail them. I did so on the 29 January and to date which is 17 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. I have called them every week and keep getting the same response that the committee is still reviewing my refund. I need to pay my daughter varsity fees and Damelin do not care that I have waited this long. What do I do?
