I started a database development course at the collage back in November last year. When I registered for the course I was told it was a 1 year course and I payed for a 1 year course. After looking over some of the help links they provided me with I discovered that my course's exam was to be discontinued in July of this year. I mean what if i never opened that link and just continued studying for the course duration just to be told sorry you cant write exams? I requested a refund 3 months ago already. In those 3 months I had to send my documentation trough 4 times to different people and when phoning to ask about updates you are given a cold shoulder, one consultant told me and I quote "Sir the lines are busy now we cant deal with the issue now can you phone back? ". I think this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
