My wife and I paid for exams and Intec failed to register her for the exam. After a fight they said they will refund us the money. I have submitted all the documentation needed for a refund. After all the documents were submited i was told the waiting period is between 30 and 90 days. (90 days is ridiculous in any case to wait for a refund) It has now been more than 4 months and still nothing.
I have been told to speak to a certain person who is "investigating" the refund, this person is permantly in meetings and you cannot speak to him. I have phoned at least 5 times a day for the last week and left a msg every time and still no responce. When I eventually got a call back, I was told I will have my refund no later than friday 15/03/2013. There is still no refund in my account. I think this matter has gone out of hand because nobody can explain what the delay is, I only get told, "there is a delay" "your name is on a list for urgent payments" "they are still investigating". What i want to know is simple, when am i getting my money back?
