Even though False Bay College might not see this message but I really hope that they do. I have done an ICB Bookkeeping course through False Bay College - Fish Hoek Campus in 2011. To date I still do not know whether I PASS OR FAIL!!! I have phoned numerous times and I've sent two emails but yet no response. Whenever I phone I am told I have to speak to a specific person whom I dont want to mention, but she is NEVER available to speak, the one time that I did eventually get hold of her, she did not know what my results were and said that she would call me back, well HELLLLOOO it is now 2013. I have paid for this course and I deserve an answer or a certificate!!! This was a disaster and a complete RIP OFF from the beginning from the first lecture!!
