Ridiculously Extremely Bad Service!!!

I purchased and fully paid a Tonneau Cover at Allen Joss motors on the 30/11/2012, it is now 6 months later and I still haven't received it. This is unbelievable. After a month or to after I paid I phoned Hendrik who kept telling me to just be calm and stop phoning him, it will come. So I stopped. Another couple of months passed and I really need that cover so I phoned again. Hendrik no longer works there but Eben will help me, Eben does not answer his phone so I phone later and still no answer. Once someone even took the phone of the hook and left it lying on the table, wasting my airtime. So I phone again and explain to the receptionist " I am not the right person to talk to" she say and I'm like duh obviously, you are the receptionist so put me through to parts. Parts doesn't answer the phone either. So I phone again and explain to the receptionist and she says, " I am not the right person to talk to" and I'm like? So put me through to someone who is the right person! What the is wrong with you? Are you an? Hello? Hello Peter? lol. That is really bad! And I am still waiting... People, watch out for this place. The service is ridiculously extremely BAD!!!
