Mustang Marketing
DISHONEST CONDUCT

A sales person came to see us about a product from Mustang Marketing on the 18/02/2013. The product was explained & the costs. He then said that the platform we would have to install on my computer had to be put through on a credit card & that i would then pay it off on my budget account, i informed him that i do not have that amount R19950.00 available on my credit card. He made a call & then said MY bank had given authorization for an amount of R9000.00 on my budget facility. He took three Nedbank manuel vouchers out, filled one in for R9000.00 and asked me to sign, which i did, he then asked me to sign the other two just as proof that he had been with us. On 20/02/2013 i called my bank to check that R9000 had gone through. they informed my card was at collections i was R9000 over my limit. Something was wrong, i immediately sent an email to cancell the transaction. A Melissa VD Berg contacted me, she said she would investigate it with a "911" quiry & would come back to me. i sent the platform back within my "5 day cooling off period & since then have had to make numerous calls only to be told someone will call me back. i am forced to open a legal case now.
