I have been trying to get hold of Unisa for the past two weeks but none of the listed telephone numbers on their website gets answered.
I sent an e-mail enquiring about some courses last year November, to which I received an response two weeks later, but since then I have had no luck. I have sent various e-mails but haven't received any response. I only get an confirmation e-mail, but after that... NOTHING!
I feel that this is very poor service, sad, and very unprofessional, considering that UNISA is one of the only Universities that offer part time studying toward a degree.
I would really like to study at Unisa, but I have a lot of concerns especially if they don't even answer a phone!
I have many questions I would like answered before registering, so I would really like a student advisor to contact me. I took leave to visit a student counselor at the Florida campus, but this was a waste of time!
It's suppose to be fun and exciting going to University, not such a mission and struggle!
