Unisa has been unable to attend to a persisting problem of the unisa student portal being unavailable for students to access the officially study material for over a week now, this is the exam period and of vital importance especially in a distance learning tertiary education facility.
the unavialability of persons in position to answer calls at unisa is also a huge problem as calls are never answered and emails are never responded to. how must any one know what is going on if this university does not make any contact with students. why give students contact numbers and email addresses if they are not being used by employess at unisa.
there is also no communication between unisa employees as upon my arrival at florida campus the help desk was of no help as they could not assist me in this problem at to were i could gain access to tutorial letters since the web page is down and the postal offices are on strike.
someone please contact me asap as to a resolution to this on going problem.
