I'm looking to do a degree course through Unisa and wanted to get some information on the courses I'm interested in and help with registration. But for 2 weeks now I've been calling to the relevant phone numbers supplied on the website, but they just ring! Each time I try to make contact I try 3 4 different numbers from the list, but no one ever picks up the phones. I've also tried e-mailing to the supplied e-mail contacts - but 2 weeks later and no one has gotten back to me.
I haven't even joined this institution and it's THIS hard to get hold of someone! I'm questioning if it's worth studying through them.
