UNISA BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to sort out my last year of studying with Unisa. All I need is a Student Advisor who actually knows what they are talking about to assist me in choosing my last years subjects correctly to be able to finish my BCOM Marketing this year and graduate next year. I have already registered - however I am not sure of my choices.

I have been calling the call centres and just about all the numbers on the Unisa site, Including Supervisors. Without anyone picking up the phone (just rings), or engaged all the time.

I have gone through to the Unisa Florida campus to try and speak to someone there. We stood in a que for 3 hours whereafter they said sorry the SYSTEM IS OFFLINE and we cannot assist you now... I had to leave. I could not take off work ever since i went to Unisa in December. Hence I have tried the telephonic route - which ALSO brought me no less closer to the information I need.

I have been studying with Unisa for close to 6 years and I feel that it has always been a huge struggle to get any information from Unisa, however we pay for a service :(.

Can a adviser who knows the BCOM Marketing (Degree code: 02011) please contact me urgently
