International Student attempting to registe

I have been trying to contact Unisa since the 1/1/13. It is now the 3/2/13. I initially e-mailed the [email protected] but had no response. I then re-mailed again on the 13/01/13 and the 24/1/13 I included the [email protected]. Out of desperation I e-mailed [email protected] and [email protected] (31/1/13) but to my dismay not a single response (other than the automated acceptance e-mail which I received after every e-mail). Surely this is an unacceptable service level? I need the following:

1) With this kind of service please explain why I have to pay over R1500 to be an international student (per subject).
2) Please respond to my e-mails regarding my query about transcripts - I have only studied through Unisa
3) Please process my registration which I made on the 13th of January through myUnisa.

My query was relating to my registration through the portal and now the registration date has passed it has taken you so long to reply. If it can't be resolved please can I have a refund to study with an institution that can at least respond to the e-mail addresses they provide.
