I requested a refund of R1600.00 on 16.01.2013 on my student account but i am now told that the refund will only be done on the 1st of Feb 2012 as the university is busy with registration of which is pathetic, because i made sure that i sent all relevant documents required and i need the money asap. I spoke with the lady by the name of Mrs Jullie Nel:011 5594725.Please help me to get the funds as I really need the money
