When registrations opened last week Thursday, i tried to apply. I received a message saying i am already on their database and need to get in contact with them. Well, what a pleasure that has been, as i can not get hold of anybody at Unisa. I have sent 2 e-mails - [email protected] and to [email protected] with no response whatsoever. There are telephone numbers on their website, when you phone, they don't even ring. If i have this bad start to register, i do not want to know what it would be like to actually study through Unisa. I can not complain about the service, because there is no service.
