Charged for book I did not receive 36676853

I am being charged R607 for replacement for a book Managerial Finance said to have been checked out on 12 March 2013 and posted to me

I did not receive any book from unisa and i have repeatedly replied to these emails stating this but Unisa has gone on to charge me and further block my access of some services on myUnisa

please rectify this.
