I have initially used myUnisa to enroll for my degree however in remained inprogress since January 2013 till today, I then decided to request for a refund seeing that it was to late to continue with the degree. I have request a refund on the 05/04/2013 to date I have not received any response and I cannot follow up since their line does not go through and the e-mail requests you not to send additional emails as they would cause duplicates. Please help Sello Khumalo.
