UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE!!!

My name is Jadin Andrews, and I have registered for a module through Unisa, African Philosophy PLS1502.
I registered way before the closing date, I made payment on time but I am yet to receive any material for the course. In other words, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE STUDY GUIDE OR THE PRESCRIBED BOOK!
Both of which I have payed for over two months ago, an dmy efforts to contact the University have all been a complete waste of my time. I eventually found the prescribed book online in PDF format, and I have been distributing it to students of the same module with the same problem with UNISA as me.
THIS IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A UNIVERSITY TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS!!
How are we supposed to study if we have to run around making sure that UNISA staff do their job correctly?
And how are we supposed to even do that if their phone lines are down 99 percent of the time, and when you do get through, they don't have a clue how to help you?? I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I AM WASTING MY TIME WITH UNISA?
