I have been to builder's warehouse for the past month and I have spent over R 25 000 at the store for my bathroom project. I have had good and bad experiences at the store but I am really upset with the promo on the Traci DIY cabinets. I did my research on the cabinets I wanted and I pulled the specials of the website. When I went into the store the price was no longer the same, on the promo it was R 1198 per cabinet but I could not get it at that price as apparently the promo was over. The sales person also said that there will not be another promo this month. I went ahead and purchased 2 of the cabinets and basin at R 1639 each on 9 March based on the fact that there will not be another promo in March, only to find out that the new promo is out for the same item from 19 March... I am furious as I could have saved R 1082 if I purchased it now... I trusted builders and their staff and each week I had issues at the store. I drove around from the Kempton to Edenvale branch to get my supplies due to the stock issues at the store. I am still waiting for a call for the mirrors I need to order... This is really frustrating as this is the store where I should DO MORE FOR LESS!!!
