I called into Dream Nails last week thursday the 7th March to make a booking as they send me a msg about the March promo that they are running I then called to make an appointment for the eye lash exstensions which was going for R299 and I got my booking for Tuesday 12 march at 10am then the day before my booking the Monday 11 march they called me at 18:11 to ask me to please reschedule my booking for next as because the girl that suppose to do my eye lashes is on training. Or I can still come in and someone else can do it but then I have to pay full price for the eye lashes which is much more money.yet I needed they eye lashes for a function the wednesday. My question is why take my booking if the girl will be on training or why run the promo if there will be nobody to do the promo?
