Dion ran a promo on the PSP vista bundle from 24/4 til 21/5. I contacted the Gateway store a day after the promo broke to confirm whether they had stock and was advised that they didn't but were expecting their stock that weekend. I phoned on the Monday was told that the stock didn't arrive, but was expected the following weekend. For the duration of the promotion, which was 4 weeks I kept phoning the store enquiring about the stock and was told the same thing each time - the stock will arrive the weekend. During that whole promo they had no stock. We even went so far as to obtain a call back voucher (which I a not sure how i explain to my 6 year old). I was then told last week that they would source one for me from other store, two weeks later I am still waiting. I then contacted Clinton the branch manager this morning who agreed to investigate and get back to me within the hour - 3.5 hrs and i am still waiting for a call. To make it worse the bundle is on promo again and still no stock. They have not even tried to help me by offering to make a bundle up for me. This is supposed to be for my son's birthday. How do you run a promo with no stock and not even try assist
