Almost 2 months back builders warehouse released a pamphlet advertising sanware and cabinets for bathrooms. i found a cabinet that would suit us and the next day we went to builders warehouse northgate island. advised that the item is out of stock. given a query number and advised that they will order us one. we continuosly had to follow up and were given many excuses from the supplier has no stock for 5 months to it is not stocked in the western cape. after taking this further and further they advised that 1 has been sourced and it is at the somerset west store and if we would be so kind to drive all the way to somerset west for it they will knock off R150 rand off the price. being desperate we went only to find that it was a mirrror mounted on wood - no "cabinet" as falsely advertised. we drove all that way for nothing. to date builders warehouse call to say no stock. i am now going to lodge a complaint with the national consumer council and the advertising authority of south africa as builders warehouse has mislead the public with there false advertising. my builders warehouse reference number is BWH/B45/20132275/0066
