They came out to quote for ABSA on a claim, not only did he not have a file, diary or claim form, but took details and measurements down on a piece of paper. the quote he submitted does not cover all the work discussed and to be done but was also rediculosly low. they told me they were covering all parts of the claim including plumbing, granite removal and refitment etc... Then states they can get wood to match oak and requested a cash pay out which is pointless. I have contacted the durban number which lands up in Jo'burg and can never talk to anyone because there is a lady who you can't get thru and tells you it is privlaged info (I am the owner) but must contact the bank. I would not ever recommend them nor use them and feel sorry for others that have to deal with them
