An accessor was at my house last week to come and access the damages for my insurance claim.
So he look and says "they not gonna pay out for your cupboards as they are nor here for me to see"
I then informed him that I had to remove the cupboards as it was stinking and rotting and making my whole house stink, he then say 'ok" and takes the measurement to submit for my claim.
I called in on Tue 19.11.2013 to hear what is happening to my claim as no one is in contact with me, so the lady says 'they are only paying out R2700.00 for the plumbing.
What the people???
Iam no impressed and highly disappointed in the service of ABSA INSURANCE.
the accessor was there to see the damages he was there to take measurements of the cupboards, he could see that the wall where the kitchen cupboards was is all rotten and mouldy and still is.
