Thank you for your reponse, but you are wrong!
Our solar geyser was installed on 16th June 2010,
with a 10 year warranty saying the entire system will be serviced on the 2nd, 5th, 8th and 10th year.
You should have serviced around 16th June 2012 - you did not do this! every 2 and half years is incorrect!
We didnt call you for a serice in December 2012, we called you to come see why we were not
getting hot water when it wasnt sunny! that is the reason you came out.
Your guy was the only person to have climbed into the loft. hence the only person who could have damaged the wires. You know this and you are being dishonest.
Yes, we have paid, but unwillingly and are not happy with you and your company's service and conduct.
Our DSTV guy, says someone definately broke the wires, it is a very small crawl space, so i believe him, not you, as he has nothing to gain from it. where you would lose if you had to own up to it.
