A year ago Suntank install solar geyser for us. No problems. 2 months ago the "serviced" the panels. From the word go we had problems. No hot water in the morning. It is now up to a point that we do not have ANY HOT WATER (in winter). We are now waiting for more than a week that they promised to come back to us. On Friday (5 July) they promised to sent someone on Saturday 6 July. On Saturday morning I received a mail telling me they cannot come out. It is winter we have to bath or shower in COLD water. Moral of the story, do not service your solar panels with this company. NO NO after service.
