I had a 200 l solar geyser installed in June 2012. Since then I have had poor performance from the system and little hot water. Suntank have been to check the system on at least 8 occasions with no improvement. Messages are NEVER returned and promises of someone contacting me are never honoured. I asked that the system be removed and I be given a full refund. I was told this could not happen as I have used the system! It has not worked properly from the start. I did not spend all this money for a cold water supply. Suntank is only interested in pocketing my money and to with customer service.
