Zero service from Solahart

I have a Solahart solar heating system installed. Although the system is effective it is absolutely impossible to get service when required. The pressure valve on my system gets stuck and then releases water indefinitely. This happened to me while I was on leave in December and it resulted in a massive loss of water. I have been trying to get the valve replaced since January. I contacted Andy Pelser of the Westrand Branch at the time, as he installed the system. His feedback ranged from " We do come across this with the valves, just spray lubricant on the valve", (in January) to "it will be attended to within a week or two", (in March). As it seemed impossible to get any action from him, I then spoke to Mr Brandon Harding of the Pretoria branch, who promised to contact me within a few days to resolve the problem. This was 4 weeks ago and still nothing has happened. This product comes at a premium price, but clearly there is no after sales support.
