We purchased front doors from Brights just before Christmas and needed additional work to be done on the doors by the supplier. Understandably the suppliers were closed due to the Christmas break. Maurico ensured us that as soon as they reopened on the 7th of January he would contact them to arrange that the work be done.
We have never had the need to follow up from him and he was always in contact with us regarding the status of our doors.By the 8th of January the additional work was done with no extra cost charged for transport to and from the suppliers. He constantly phoned us to double check whether we were happy with what needed to be done.
It is rare to receive such excellent service during such a busy period and most salesmen drop the level of service once the sale has been made. We received this calibre of service from the moment we walked in until we received our product.
Due to the outstanding service received, we will definitely be doing business with Brights Stikland again.
