"We bought some building material on Saturday and requested delivery on Monday. We were told the the deliveries for Monday is full, but the material could be delivered first thing on Tuesday. I phoned a few times this morning and left a message for the lady in charge of the deliveries (09h00). Up to now I have not received any call. My builders arrived at 08h00 and they cannot commence as the materials have not arrived. This is extremely disappointing service! I was assured by the salesman that the delivery would arrive first thing Tuesday and now I have builders that expect payment since they arrived for work - without doing any work."
The above is an email sent at 10h00 to Brights. I subsequently phoned a few times to follow up (with your deliveries dept) and I just heard that the truck arrived at 12h10. Due to the delay in the delivery, we now propably have to get the builders for an additional day to finish the job, obviously at additional cost to myself. This is truely disappointing service!
