I phoned Brights Hardware in Uitzicht for a product late on Monday afternoon. A guy by the name of Ian told me he will get it for me and will phone me back on Tuesday. So he did phone me on Tuesday to tell me he ordered it and will confirm on Thursday with me if he received it. He just phoned me to confirm the stock is there waiting for me. O and he did try to phone me earlier, but I was busy then.
In the past I tried this with the other big yellow hardware store with absolutely NO reply.
