I looked for two smallish items which they did not have in stock. Wayne went the extra and called their Blackheath branch to ascertain if they do have. Not only did he make 100% sure they had what I needed before I had to drive there but also arranged for a person to have it ready for me upon my arrival and gave me the person's name etc which made it very easy to get what I needed.
That is the type of service that will always take me back to a store even if it is marginally more expensive which they are not.
