Terrible service at A & M Wendyhouses!

Booked for reassembly of existing Wendy & were told it will take place on morning of 08 January 2013. Ms Reagan Smith told me they "can help me any day this week, they are not very busy". Had to pay full amount of R1035 in advance to secure appointment, which was done & Ms Reagan Smith confirmed our appointment for 08 Jan 2013 via e-mail.

I took a full day's leave to meet & assist the A&M team. I received a phone call from Ms Smith after 10am on 08 Jan. informing me they are "extremely busy" & they may not be able to do the reassembly on the day. I phoned back & told her that it is unacceptable & they must make a plan, which she undertook to do & "get back to me", she didn't. At 16:00 I contacted Ms Smith again & was told they are still busy elsewhere but they will try... They never arrived. I contacted A&M again & was told they'll come next day 09 Jan.

09 Jan at 13:30. still no one, I phoned Ms Smith again, who promised they will be at our house by 16:00 (then promised my wife, who also phoned, they'll be there at 16:30).
They arrived at 18:00 & finished by 19:45, did a VERY shoddy job (later worked in the dark), left about 15 steel nails in the driveway... Don't use them!!!
