I visited Brights very early on Saturday morning to look for some electrical sundries. The staff in the electrical counter were helpful and understood the range of products that might suite me. I purchased a replacement plug for my extension lead and some other stuff.
However, since it was very early and they were not too busy, Nelson asked me if the extension lead was in my car. When I affirmed that it was he surprisingly offered to install it for me - I think he could sense I had no idea in respect of fixing it.
I was taken aback by Nelsons attitude (I have also found that Brights' other staff displayed similar attitudes in the recent past) as a few minutes before this I was in Makro (where I originally purchased the lead) and these guys were just plain lazy and not bothered to assist me.
Great work Brights and keep this up.
