Per a quotation to install composite decking at our home, we accepted and paid the deposit in excess of 20, 000 rand. The suppliers delayed installation and made various excuses as to why things had not happend. They never paid the manufacturer the agreed sum for the composite decking (as we confirmed with him directly). They also had another 3rd party delvier incorrect un treated pine wood to our home (which too is incorrect) they have refused all communication and even though i have threatend them with legal consequences they remain unfazed. I have now had a 3rd party complete the job today at full cost to me and i still have not received any refund as was confirmed both verbally and telephonically by Sandy of Fine Living Solutions. These people are an utter disgrace and should never enjoy the benefit of these ill gotten gains. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE use far better, ethical and reliable people such as Gary from Grandex!
