Extremely bad after Service - once you have full payment you do not care about the client

I am extremely disappointed in your service

Ian was out sales person.
He seems like a true gentlemen someone you can trust - quickly we discover this is not the case.
While the team was busy putting up our wall my husband phoned Ian and told him that we could not get hold of our neighbors and that he thinks the team should come back another day. Because this was after a long weekend.
Ian then advise my husband that it is no problem the team can carry on and he well send someone back after we spoke to the neighbors and they can then fix the wall on their side.
My husband phone Ian - Ian arrange that the team will come on the 18th of Tuesday 2020 we arranged with our neighbor. Not an easy person to stay at home. The neighbor even got a casual in to clean the area around the wall to make it easy for the ERW team to fix the wall on his side.
Ian and team did not pitch. Nor did he phone my husband to advise that they could not make it.
He just did not answer his phone at all.
Eventually my husband got hold of him and he promise to send a team the Friday the 21st of August 2020.
Again we arranged with the neighbor to stay at home.
At 1 o clock my husband started to phone him. He did not answer the calls nor did he phone back.
At 14h17 I whatsup Ian :
" I ask him if his team is still coming because it is getting late and the neighbor is complaining.
Ian replied immediately: " Hi Mevrou. Eks so jammer. Hulle sal binnekort daar wees en klaar maak vandag. Genuine Jammer."
I send thank yo and waited and waited
At 16h21 I send another Whats up this one he did not read or replied to until the morning of the 22nd of August. Saturday morning
My Whatsup to him at 16h21 "Hi will net weet of jou span nog kom weet nie hoe lank die bure nog by die huis gaan wees nie
22 August after no response I send him the following whatsup"Hi Ian ek is baie teleurgestel ons moes 'n baie moeilike buurman vra om die hele Vrydag by die huis te bly vir niks (please note this was the second day the had to stay at home for nothing.) Gaan jy iemand uit stuur en wanneer of moet ons self 'n plan maak. Ian's response: "Ek is regtig jammer Mnr Ackerman. Eks op die pad heeldag. So as hulle vir my se hulle gaan dan vat ek hulle woord. Ek sien Maandag oggend ons direkteur oor die situasie en instruksies wat nie uit gevoer word nie. " I has him to please keep me updated. Needless to say this is Tuesday the 25th of August I have not heard anything from Ian.

This is extremely bad service.

Not only did you make me look like and idiot to my neighbor but you damage your own reputation.
I do not think they think you are a good company to do business with due to false promises
