My tenants called them to repair a Toilet in Oct 2013 they came fixed what they thought was the problem, were paid R650.They were recalled to do a repair, after many calls, arrived at 8pm at night only to say it was something else. Two months later my tenants were trying to get the repair seen to (Thank goodness) liveable problem. I tried calling a good few times as well and finally got hold of Tommy, who after saying they cannot go back as its another problem, That was not so then I challenged, him and I suggested if he did not deal with the issue then I would be reporting it on HelloPeter.com. Well I was asked if if was threatening him, to which I said no just asking them to do what they were paid to do in the first place. I then said the service of many companies in in South Africa was extremely poor! With that Tommy suggested that I pack my bags and leave the country! The attitude was a disgrace!!! They most are not Pleasant Plumbers. The contact no's are VERY often not available.
