I called Real Exterminators at the beginning of the year in connection with mouse extermination and pigeon proofing. Denford Makuvaro was the man I spoke to. He came to my house, sent me a quote which I was pleased with and I agreed to proceed with the job. He then did not arrive on the arranged day., only a few days later. He sent "his guys" to do the work. They took rat poisn pellets and threw these under my couches and behind cabinets etc, no sort of containment vessels whatsover. And as for the bird proofing? Well, they put up half a small cardboard box cut in half, with what I am assuming to be filled with mouse poison. I called him to have this fixed to what we had arranged; he said he would send someone. Three weeks and numerous calls and sms's later, he has still not come to my house to fix this issue. The service at this company is absolutely shocking. He has a terrible attitude and is not willing to fix the problem at all. I am going to proceed with the Consumer Protection Council as well as seek legal advice. DO NOT USE REAL EXTERMINATORS!!! Denford Makuvaro is useless and a waste of time and money.
