In July 2013 I bought a "new" Chev Trailblazer from Tommy Martin Roodepoort. Over the weekend after I took delivery I established over 20 issues with my vehicle. I demanded I new vehicle as it was evident that the vehicle was NOT NEW as they claimed, despite them charging me full retail price. After I reached a dead end with my attorney I granted them an opportunity to repair the vehicle. After their attempt to fix the issues, they returned it to me with half of the issues still unresolved. After making a lot of noise and involving GMSA with my complaint, their regional service manager got involved and promised to have the issues resolved 100%. I returned my vehicle last week Monday as the repairs were delayed due to the motor industry strike. I was promised to have my car back today, however when I followed up I was told that the they, Tommy Martin only got a response from GMSA yesterday to proceed with the repair and the respray of the vehicle. Pathetic to say the least. Collectively, Tommy Martin has my vehicle for close to a month already and still I have to wait another week to 2 for them to fix the they could have prevented if only they sold me a NEW CAR and not a used 1
