Bad service, bad attitude

Problem - geyser pushes out hot water through the safety when the thermostat overheats.
Hear radio add about plumbers on call 24/7.
Plumbers on call arrive on Saturday afternoon and advise that the cause of the problem is the safety valve and thermostat and that it'll cost R1071.00 to fix, and that I would need to empty the geyser out before they repair. Ok, I thought, problem solved.
That evening, same problem. So I did not pay. On Sunday, I called them and even the owner, Jarrid, leaving messages. But NO HELP.Monday goes by, nothing.
On Tuesday, I called again, only to listen to the manager Zak, going on about payment.
I tried to reason with him, asking him why he would expect me to pay for something that was not obviously fixed. They sent out a technician the same evening who surprisingly found no fault. My geyser strangely stopped working since then. I was forced to pay to get rid of these people that evening.
Called Jarrid and his company several times on Wednesday, but no decency to return any calls or sms's.
Had to get my insurance company to fix it eventually. Fault... Cables where disconnected. Not broken, but cut and wrapped neatly into a corner.
Disgusted..
