Westfield plumbers were sent by Outsurance to repair a pipe. When the problem persisted the plumber came back and decided the problem was sorted out. I tried explainin that the leak occured every now and then. While we were busy the plumbers assistant a bar of soap from my bathroom. Now Westfield plumbers say I must take the matter up with Outsurance.
