My name is Johan and I would like to compliment the above Thatching Company situated in Krugersdorp. People are so quick to complain but when credit is due they hardly say anything.
We called them in November 2013 and the owner of Extreme Thatchers, Mr Charl Thompson came to see us because we wanted a quote on a thatch roof. We had a few quotes from different people but Extreme Thatchers was most reasonable and we decided to go with them. Charl made the appointment to come see us within the week we called and what a pleasant, professional and honest man this is. He also introduced us to "fire protection" for the thatch which was great because only a few of us think about that when you want the job done. As it was almost end of year and he was on a tight schedule, he could only do it on 8th Jan 2014 which was fine with us as we were going on holiday anyway. 8th Jan 2014 Charl & his team pitched to do the thatch, and what a professional job they did! Everything was exactly as planned and the 'fire protection' was done as we requested. They do an amazing job and they clean up the mess afterwards. Well done Charl & Team, you are really worth the name EXTREME THATCHERS!
