I want to send a bouquet to Charl Nel at Outsurance. Charl is just the friendliest most helpful young guy to deal with. He is utmost professional helpful and just nice. He takes the time to listen and understand my needs and gives me the correct advise, I think if more companies had staff like Charl we would be a good country. I even sometimes send him irrelevant request via e mail, he is quick to respond and sort out my query.
I will continue to recommend Charl to all my friends and family.
