Claim not resolved since May 2013

My thatch house caught fire in May 2013, it took two months to conclude the claim because one of the things I insisted on was for the new Thatch to be treated for Thatch Lice, eventually they agreed. My warranty from the pest control contractor that ABSA contracted to do the treatment was valid for three months. During the three month period my house was infested with Thatch Lice, ABSA's contractor has reneged on the warranty and ABSA have done nothing to help me resolve the issue. I have explained to them how awful the situation is living with Thatch Lice since November 2013 but unfortunately they do not respond or care about their paying customers. I would not recommend ABSA insurance to my worst enemy! Nine months later and I still have issues with ABSA.
