We went to CashBuild in Makhado Crossing in Louistrichadt on Tuesday 31 December 013. My mother wanted to buy building materials as she has an account there. They told us that the account was closed due to inactivity on the account, and she need to fill a form and give her ID copy and they will send the staff to head office where they should un-block the account. They said we should comeback on Thursday as Wednesday was new year day. We went today 02 Jan 2014 at about 15:30, and the account was still closed. The lady there called Heather said that she has faxed the documents but the account was still closed, and she called the call center and the person there said that she is knocking off, and she cant help us.
This is such a bad service, as my mother really needs to but materials and the builders are waiting. They also cannot give her the money back so that she can go and buy somewhere else.
Now she has to wait and this is delaying the building project and it also frustrating.
Her account has very good money in cash Build and the service is so poor.
