I had a plumbing emergency today. Being a public holiday, I phoned the Builders Warehouse call centre and a recording told me that they are open 7 days a week. Based on this info, I drove all the way through New Years traffic to Builders Warehouse in Somerset West, only to find that they are closed. The operating hours on the doors also does not indicate that they would be closed today. They wasted my time and money!!
